I have loved the dixie Humming birds since the 1960s, but have never heard their early work--amazing. Listening to all this wonderous harmony and spirit comes close to restoring my lost faith in Christianity.

Many are favorites in my own collection and many others I am indebted to Ian for making available. The soulful roots music of the Armenian-American community. A slice of Armenian life in Anatolia that doesn't exist anymore back in the Middle East.
